How to install mods

Step 1: Download a mod

- mods are found in one of 2 locations.
1. On the Driver Madness Discord. DrvSyn-Addons forum channel
2. On the DriverSyndicate website at https://driver-syndicate.com/mods/
*Note on #2: Some links here might be out of date and it's best to consult the Driver Madness discord*
Most mods are shared via google drive, but sometimes they are also provided on GitHub, See The Classic Syndicate for example.

Step 2: with 7zip extract the contents of the mod you downloaded.

Step 3: Read the included ReadMe documentation for the mod, it'll tell you if you need dependencies or not.

Step 4: Drag and drop the folder you extracted into Addons.
<where you installed Syndicate>/<drvsyn_build_latest>/<addons>/
Note: Some builds will be labeled drvsyn_update_preview when there are public work in progress previews for upcoming updates.

Step 5: This one has two slightly differing options depending on if you are using NikkiChan's mod menu.
base game a.k.a not using mod menu - go to settings > addons and switch it on
NikkiChan92's mod menu - go to addons & mods menu and switch it on
